Approach
Ambitious work requires a greater investment in design. Finding harmony between functionality, performance, beauty, cultural-resonance, resiliency, flexibility, material-richness, cost, etc. is complicated. It takes a talented, organized, dedicated and inspired team to execute the work. It's the responsibility of design leaders to orchestrate the process in a way that makes it is as fulfilling, joyful, and efficient as possible for the design team, for clients and for stakeholders.
